Tuesday, February 21st @ 7:00 PM
Norcross High School Theater
No Fee

All middle school students, high school students, parents, and the community are welcome to attend.

The presentation is designed to educate all on drugs and alcohol prevention and recovery. The program lasts approximately 50 minutes and includes: presenters, powerpoint, storytelling, humor, video and much more. Please plan to come to this important event.

2012-2013 NHS AND ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION

NHS Course Registration
Course registration will begin this week for the 2012-2013 school year. Teachers will recommend courses for your student.. After that process is complete, your student will meet with his/her counselor to review and make changes as necessary. A list of your student's selected course requests will be sent home in early May for your review. We request that you and your student discuss courses for next year. Please review the available electives on the school's website prior to choosing electives. Since elective classes are created based on the number of students requesting seats during registration, we will not be able to make changes to electives when school starts.

Gwinnett Online Campus Course Registration
The registration window for Gwinnett Online Campus is open now until February 29. BLACK HISTORY MONTH PROGRAM

Wednesday, 2/22 @ 6:30 PM
NHS Theater

On February 22, 2012, the Norcross High School theater stage will become the meeting place of historical influence and modern behavior. Through a series of thought-provoking skits, Norcross students will draw attention to the social habits of present day adolescents, referencing these habits against the habits of prominent leaders of the Civil Rights Era. Will the students choose to respect the sacrifice and integrity of these powerful leaders, or will they abandon this legacy and refuse to recognize the shoulders from which they stand? Meet us at this crossroad on Feb. 22, 2012 @ 6:30 PM in the Norcross High School theater. The Black History Month Program theme is CROSSROADS.
