Course Description
This course focuses on intermediate life skills, geography, government, equal opportunity, sexual harassment, first aid, and map reading. Second year cadets are challenged to develop a critical outlook through focused discussions and collaborative instruction on leadership theory, as well as significant political and life events. During the second year of study cadets are provided with self assessments to help them determine their proficiency in various leadership skill sets. The course also offers cadets the opportunity to teach using fundamental principles and methods of instruction.
