Dear Students and Parents,
I am so excited and proud to be a teacher at Norcross. This is my 8th year of teaching and I absolutely love the classes I have this year! A little about me....I was born and raised a Georgia girl. I grew up in Marietta, Ga and graduated from Walton High School. I then went to to Vanderbilt University and transfered to UGA to graduate with a BBA in Marketing. After discovering my love of teaching, I began my first teaching job at Summerour Middle School teaching 8th grade Algebra. I have now been at Norcross for 5 years and could not imagine a better place to work. I have a beautiful 8 year old daughter who is a 3rd grader at Johns Creek Elementary. She keeps me very busy with gymnastics and cheerleading but I love every minute of it:)
I expect a lot of hard work and dedication from my students and the kids have always risen to the challenge! I am looking forward to a great year full of learning and developing a love of math....yes, it's fun!!! My website will be a great source of information as far as upcoming material and attachments of notes and important information.
