Each month outstanding students are recognized as "positive role models and goodwill ambassadors," the standard for the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. Qualifications for nomination include leadership, citizenship, character, perseverance, school or community service and activities. Congratulations to these fine students!

Matthew Alin’s enthusiasm for learning something new each day is contagious. He adds a lot to the depth of discussions and activities in his AP World History class. He knows a great deal about computers and helps his teachers troubleshoot technology problems.
Taylor Barnett exemplifies outstanding character. She is dedicated to school and the community. She demonstrates leadership in the classroom and among her peers. She is respected by all and is an excellent role model for any young person.
Mikaela Fiedler is hardworking, intelligent and a leader in the classroom. She has great compassion for her peers and is willing to take her time to help them understand course material. She was moved from college prep to honors courses and is excelling in everything.
Adriana Hernandez demonstrates citizenship, character and perseverance. She has overcome many obstacles in moving to the U.S. and is a successful, high-achieving student. She is respected by her peers for her work ethic, positive attitude, and friendly nature.
Kelsi Jackson is an amazing young woman with strong commitment to academics and service. She has an incredible attitude & is well respected. She has taken a leadership role in Readers Rally and does so by example - never taking credit. Her humbleness is to be admired.
Yejide Ogutuga is a wonderful and delightful young lady. She volunteers in children’s ministry and is a regular at Lilburn Health & Rehab playing bingo with the residents. This “African Queen” continues to make a positive difference.
Nicole Rodriguez is an exceptional student and a talented, responsible, and mature young lady. She shows herself to be a leader and a wonderful team player by assisting her classmates in their projects. Her classmates recognize her positive and endearing attitude.
